Traveled 20k as the business had to be done over the counter only to find the Branch closed until the 20th of Jan. Called the number and the response was… Are well… Poor customer service. Look around. Better out there.
Having issues that couldn't be resolved online I resigned to booking an appointment (a key consideration from the looks of previous reviews) and honestly I could not fault my experience. I had the pleasure of an appointment with Rachel who I believe is the manager and was shocked at the stark contrast with my experience at other branches. She was supremely helpful and kind, with competence and efficiency I rarely see from banks. I'd recommend booking ahead if you need help from staff with your accounts.
I'm still waiting for that call they cut staff I'll never go back to ANZ terrible service the waiting list is a mile long and I dont even want to give them a star
