The staff here are great, so patient, kind and helpful - it's such a busy little branch but they always have a smile for everyone. We're so lucky to have them.

Unfortunately zero service, long waiting times, not enough staff members, considering taking our accounts to another bank, maybe a community bank. It is getting worse every time
I couldn't speak more highly of all the staff at the Anz Civic Noosa branch, from the moment I stepped foot in the branch. Especially Ethan, who went above and beyond to assist me with my home loan refinance. Ethan not only helped me but gave such sage advice, he saved me thousands. No one has ever been so considerate throughout what is a very stressful transaction and restored my faith in a big bank.
6 people waiting...one serving a customer and another 2 employees looking at their screen without even care to give any customer assistance or jump to help their team member. SHAME ON YOU
