why do the banks have such short opening hours pretty pathetic really for opening hours mind you they dont really supply a service anymore there to make huge profits and less staff to serve you
Long queue each time. No one to answer the phone. No one at ANZ central to answer the phone, endless waiting, robot recording, we are experiencing a large volume of calls at this time, bla bla bla. Exasperating. ANZ just don't want to talk with you and help with your enquiry.
