Similar experience to Genna, I always find it so rude when someone smirks or doesn't know how to look someone in the eye when speaking to you. Honestly I am not sure they don't just have the ATM's at Neutral Bay at least they can't be dismissive. From now on I am going to Chatswood, a pain but much nicer environment up there, the people at Chatswood are so caring and kind and in the time I spent at NB within the same time at Chatswood they listened to my issue and fixed it asap.
The assistant branch manager is the rudest most unhelpful person you could come across, not sure why she's working there. She's creepy how she stares/watches you from behind the particians. My account was scammed and she refused to assist in anyway possible. Told me to go online and deal with it. No communication from ANZ, no one to contact, no reference number...everytime I go in there I get told to contact the Melbourne office...I will be taking this incident to the banking ombudsman. Lazy bored staff.

Not once have I come to the Neutral Bay anz and had an pleasant easy experience. Always either short staffed, ATM's not working, can't withdraw a larger amount as the dispenser is stuck or some other issue preventing withdrawals...
Only ANZ branch saying that I couldnt deposit the blue deposit bag anymore there and asking me to go on Cammeray said by Pranav. I asked him whats the difference? He said they have the scanner. And back of my mind why would u declined a customer or business that chooses your bank. And my point is you have that thing to deposit blue bags for a reason. Is it much work to do for him?
