Shitest bank in history! Can't complain about the service, because there is none!
The service of this establishment has seriously gone downhill. It does not accept over the counter cash payments/deposits/withdrawals; you must use the ATM machines which makes business banking very difficult. I also noticed you since close for lunch?! How are people supposed to seek assistance on their lunch breaks (sometimes their only free time) when you close.. I've never seen a bank close for lunch and I was appalled to see your branch do so.
Met with a personal Loan Consultant on the 10-08-23, initial meeting was great. Over the next couple of days I supplied all necessary payslips, I then receive an email on the 15th requesting additional payslips, which I sent off, around the 18th a credit check was conducted. On the 22-08-23 I sent an email asking how the loan application was processing and guess what I have received?.. What's the use of a branch without tellers, just a waste of space. Just no neck big guys pointing at ATMs. It would be a lot cheaper to have a cardboard cut out, you could at lest put a smile on that.
