Went in to ask about my credit card declining online payments. Apparently it was because of a suspicious Amazon payment attempt. The girl gave me the option of reinstating the card and risking someone having my details or handing it in and getting a new card. I opted for the latter and gave her my card. She told me the new one would arrive by post in 5-7 days. Almost 3 weeks later and still no card or correspondence. When I phoned ANZ they said they had no record of me handing it in!!! Shitest bank in history! Can't complain about the service, because there is none!
The service of this establishment has seriously gone downhill. It does not accept over the counter cash payments/deposits/withdrawals; you must use the ATM machines which makes business banking very difficult. I also noticed you since close for lunch?! How are people supposed to seek assistance on their lunch breaks (sometimes their only free time) when you close.. I've never seen a bank close for lunch and I was appalled to see your branch do so.
