Very poor performance and poor setting. Wait forever for just one small task
I tried to make a transfer, they locked my business account. I had to call many times, but got hang up in the middle of the transfer. I came to the bank, the woman there is rude and she told me to call the bank, she were not able to help. I got my account unlocked finally via another long phone call. A day after this unlock, ANZ locked me out of my phone banking app again. After I get my money out, I will switch bank.
Sa Sila Moala, The Banking Consultant at Mount Ommaney branch was great, she provides excellent service with great product knowledge. Sa was very friendly and patiently helping me (an old person) to open 4 accounts: ANZ Plus, ANZ Save, ANZ Plus Flex Saver and ANZ Access Advantage accounts. She even helped to installed 2 aps on my smart phone so I can do internet banking via these aps.
