Went in to activate my card and turned out it she linked my card to my sisters account. ANZ Service lady failed to verify me and now my card is linked to another persons account… this would’ve been fine if the line was not long and I did not have to go back in again to get this fixed… again.

Stay away from this branch anz its always nightmare for business owners. They will never get the opportunity to work with you . They employ lemon workers who dont know what they doing i Struggled for 5 days and last 3 years back same branch did same to me not transferring my funds they hold it to Make more interest. GO COMMON WEALTH BANK no extra charges no wonder government penalises them But to give credit one branch at ANZ Branch Acacia Ridge
