Team at Mt Lawley ANZ took really good care of me today, manager made it really easy sorting stuff out with them.
Terrible experience with staff, loyalty to Anz for almost 15 years and now supper disappointed, better to switch on another bank. Even lower income can open the loan in another bank, and staff at ANZ offered $0. How it’s possible…sign…
Went there for assistance about a transaction and the way 2 of the team members responded was very unexpected and shocker. The lady asked another lady to hand me a card containing a number to get in touch to resolve my issue. Didn't even bother to listen about the issue rather was too busy looking at her computer. She don't need me to hand me a card for a contact number. I can find it from my app or online. Went to another branch straight away and got amazing customer service. I am new to Australia and was setting up my first bank account and Jane from the team helped me out with everything, she even went above to help me change my app settings so I could get the anz app on my phone. Great service and thanks again .
