They take 40 minutes to answer the call and I had to listen to that hideous song with super bad quality that makes me wanna shoot myself for 40 minutes straight, they are super incompetent and couldn’t help me recover $1,300 over fraud although I claimed for fraud a few hours after it happened as soon as the bank opened
Very bad Service!!
Saw the reviews after searching for the closest anz bank. Was in and out in like 6-7mims tops had two people in front of me. Place was pretty empty. The bank is small only has to serving windows. Was the same as every other bank I don’t understand the hate for this one bank? They all the same to me
