Can't recommend Heather highly enough! After dealing with a less than ideal mortgage broker, I went to ANZ Mortdale to try and resolve my home loan application. Heather took the time to explain the process to me clearly and went through over 100 pages of documents with me. She was friendly, caring, and I felt like she genuinely cared about my banking experience.
Helen is really a good staff in the bank. She explained very clearly and so kind to everybody. She is patient too!
