Staff are slow and unfamiliar with his job. Another lady rush to go for her lunch break. No patience for the job and showing rude attitude to the customer. Have to tell them again and again the purpose of visiting. Staff have no communication between each other. Worst experience…….
There's only ever 1 teller on, no matter the time of day. If you ever need to see a teller, you will wait a minimum of 30 minutes standing out the front of the store, if not more.
Was worried about the 1 star reviews but I had a great 6 minute experience in and out getting y e-banking set-up. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
