Standing in line with 1 teller, and some random walking un and down the line asking how to help. Another person on his desk and stool doing nothing. Two persons behind desks tip typing way. Shite customer service.
ANZ has lost all sense of customer service. Sitting here watching elderly after elderly person come through with issues on tech, and being told the branch unable to help. Dismal.
So over Anz, the teller tells me my account that ANZ blocked by accident would be unblocked an hour later. Yet 3 hours later still not unblocked. ANZ your flipping buseless. As fir your online service. That does not work either. Despite when you phone ANZ says go to your online service its open 24/7. Well it's not working either. Best I find another bank.
Staff are slow and unfamiliar with his job. Another lady rush to go for her lunch break. No patience for the job and showing rude attitude to the customer. Have to tell them again and again the purpose of visiting. Staff have no communication between each other. Worst experience…….
There's only ever 1 teller on, no matter the time of day. If you ever need to see a teller, you will wait a minimum of 30 minutes standing out the front of the store, if not more.
