Extremely disappointed with the staff and care of my Nana, who has been banking with you for a very long time. Mum and Nana went in last week to transfer a sum of money for a renovation job and was told to come back the next day for an appointment. It was a simple transaction but the staff was extremely unhelpful. So Nana was forced to withdraw the money she wanted. I'm completely disgusted by the staff and there complete lack of accommodations when they were there 1st thing in the morning
After applying for a loan over 2 months ago at ANZ Morley there has been no initiated contact from them since even though I was promised to be kept updated. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t bother wasting your time with them.
Standing in line with 1 teller, and some random walking un and down the line asking how to help. Another person on his desk and stool doing nothing. Two persons behind desks tip typing way. Shite customer service.
ANZ has lost all sense of customer service. Sitting here watching elderly after elderly person come through with issues on tech, and being told the branch unable to help. Dismal.
