Excellent support with bank check, efficient.
The money was swallowed by the atm. The next day, I went to the counter to fill out a form. Since I wasn't sure if it was 1000 or 1135, I filled in 1000, thinking that such a big bank wouldn't cheat me out of my money. But I only received 1000. The reason was that if I filled in 1000, I would be given 1000! The banking system has no evidence to prove every sum of money deposited! I said I wanted to find a manager to receive me. No one at front just standing in the branch from 10 minutes two team members one with customer and other did’t even care
Extremely disappointed with the staff and care of my Nana, who has been banking with you for a very long time. Mum and Nana went in last week to transfer a sum of money for a renovation job and was told to come back the next day for an appointment. It was a simple transaction but the staff was extremely unhelpful. So Nana was forced to withdraw the money she wanted. I'm completely disgusted by the staff and there complete lack of accommodations when they were there 1st thing in the morning
