Lines are horrendous, no tellers or only one working and by the time you get to the lady she is rude and unwilling to help. First Lady behind the desk took the initiative to meet n greet n try to help but ever so keenly pointed me to the ATM instead of actually listening to what I was there for. All I wanted to convert some coins to notes but no can’t put it in the coins counter like in days past that’s too difficult. Billions in profits!!!, that’s where all my money went!!! Not to mention 3,600 Jobs gone. Great way to treat people.Definitely going to change banks!!!!
Doing any kind of dealings with this bank will just give you headaches and disappointment, avoid them. One of the least helpful banks out there.
We visited the Morayfield branch on 09/07. A very well organised branch. Nat was very helpful providing additional information that helped us with our transaction. The teller agent (not sure of her name) was very efficient as well.
