ANZ Morayfield branch is the worst bank and branch I have ever dealt with. I rate them -10. Waited in line for 30 minutes and then 1 1/2 hours just to get ID verified. They did that and few days later received email to go to branch to verify ID.
Been on hold for 35 minutes and still waiting. Far cats at the bank get paid hundreds of thousands per year and yet they can’t run an effective call centre. Total joke!! And I have my business banking with them. Well maybe after today no longer.
Anz worn about scams on their phone messages, then when you finally get through to someone, it's someone overseas you can't understand and would never trust with your details. Just crazy. Why can't you just ring a branch.
