We visited the Morayfield branch on 09/07. A very well organised branch. Nat was very helpful providing additional information that helped us with our transaction. The teller agent (not sure of her name) was very efficient as well.
I had an appointment with Nat today. She was great! I arrived complaining about ANZ. I left happy. All problems solved. Promote that girl !!
ANZ Morayfield branch is the worst bank and branch I have ever dealt with. I rate them -10. Waited in line for 30 minutes and then 1 1/2 hours just to get ID verified. They did that and few days later received email to go to branch to verify ID.
