Yesterday I visited the Moonee ponds branch where I was greeted warmly and directed to speak with Roland Tran-Ngo. What a delightful representative. He gave thorough and perfectly targeted information and was very patient with a non tech savvy senior (me) . He delivers his service with a smile and is very easy to talk too. You have a great employee there. I wish there were more Rolands in this world especially in customer service role
I went to the ANZ Moonee Ponds Branch to sort out my deceased husband's accounts. I was immediately given a discreet environment to sort out the issue that is comforting. Annie Zhang was delegated to help me out. Annie provided me with an exemplary service. Needless to say I was emotional during the process but Annie was efficient, patient and compassion explaining everything I need to know. Came in here in late Jan to deposit cash to my surgeon for a stage 4 endometriosis excision and was met with the most unprofessional treatment by a male staff member. Understandably, I realised it was a significant amount of cash and so I was able to show my surgeon’s details and proof of financial consent form without prompting. I don’t have anything nice to say about any of the ANZ branch. The staffs is wonderful but your system is broken. Worst place to bank for business owner.
