would rank zero if possible worst bank - no actual personal banking services available just a sales showroom for more of their products.
Worthless Bank. Was told they don't handle cash services, please go 10km down to Macarthur. Are you kidding me? Its a bank,if you are not handling money, why are you even open. This branch has been going down hill for a while half the time there is only 1 or 2 staff there with a big line of customers, then they cut opening hours, now stopped cash services. What's next, charging us to see a staff member.

Looking at the these comments i'm suprised. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AT ANZ MINTO. Going through the comments i see 2 patterns. 1. A lot of the comments were during COVID (that's understandable since everyone was stressed out) 2. Other people are just whingers, What else can you say. I've had a business account with this branch now for 2 years. No problem at all.
