Went to ANZ bank MINTO today Just wanted to ask about A email i received about home loan and personal loan Wanted to know whether it was SCAM or not. Guess what they told me I have to Make a appointment What a joke, is this customer service.come on you can see staffs giggling waiting for 4pm to close the bank That's it looking to transfer all my home loan to other banks Thanks but no thanks

Went to withdraw some cash and when I requested for an envelope, the teller told me they don't have envelopes. What bank doesn't have an envelope, I won't be coming back to this branch!
Many staff at the branch more than 4 at the customer table and room ONLY 1 tellervWhen long Q out at teller no additional staff come over to help out the teller to enchanted the quicker service for the long line . It was unprofessional if like that not seem it at other branches happen like this .
