Looking at the these comments i'm suprised. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AT ANZ MINTO. Going through the comments i see 2 patterns. 1. A lot of the comments were during COVID (that's understandable since everyone was stressed out) 2. Other people are just whingers, What else can you say. I've had a business account with this branch now for 2 years. No problem at all. Excellent customer service from Deepti, she helped us open an account for my 14 year old son. Set up internet banking for him and showed him how to do everything. Thanks Deepti
Went to ANZ bank MINTO today Just wanted to ask about A email i received about home loan and personal loan Wanted to know whether it was SCAM or not. Guess what they told me I have to Make a appointment What a joke, is this customer service.come on you can see staffs giggling waiting for 4pm to close the bank That's it looking to transfer all my home loan to other banks Thanks but no thanks
Winnie helped me with my queries, she was with a Very helping attitude. She is a fantastic person. ANZ should be proud to have a staff like her.
Went to withdraw some cash and when I requested for an envelope, the teller told me they don't have envelopes. What bank doesn't have an envelope, I won't be coming back to this branch!
