0 stars What should have been a simple transition turned into over an hour and a half wait. Which subsequently made me miss other appointments. Thankfully I didn’t need to return to work. Rude and incompetent staff many of whom seemed to be just standing about. The state of the furniture was disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned.
