ANZ Bank. No different to any other bank, although this branch has some quite rude staff. Some staff cannot be bothered to be understanding towards people that cannot do internet banking. ANZ charging ahead with internet banking only and stealthy do everything in their power to make it difficult to obtain cash, transfer money from one bank to another and are getting away with it. You get no help when your account gets a unauthorised withdrawal only a 13 number which takes you round and round and takes you nowhere.
