The manager called the police on a flustered old woman who didnt have her card on her. After she was escorted out the manager was smirking and laughing with the tellers. Disgusting behaviour.
Useless having 1 teller open while 4 other staff sit at their computers doing bugger all. Stood there for 10mins, then the teller answers a phone call and stops serving the person at the window. Pathetic excuse for customer service. Might be time to refinance and look for a decent bank.
Open an account with ANZ 3 months ago. Went to do online bank and my account has been suspended. After going into bank I was told ANZ was reviewing my account and I now need more ID apparently, otherwise account will be closed. How did the account get open without ID in the first place. What a bull…. Story
