My cash got taken by the ATM while depositing the second amount, always takes ages due to max 50 notes, but due to some problem the machine had, the note inserter getting stuck or something but all it said was "Contact ANZ" and YOU KNOW WHATS THE WORST PART. Ignoring all else. This was on a Thursday night, and would you guess when they open next... MONDAY. what days do we need money in our account again? Oh wait, who cares, WHY IS THE BANK NOT OPEN FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE DAY PLEASE SOMEONE TELL MEEE

Went into the bank today to ask a simple question about our term deposit which is coming due and was told to make an appointment, I walked out.
Poor communication; does not acknowledge all requests and can take a long time ot get back to customers. Resulting actions are then often wrong or not completed - as other reviews seem to reflect too.
A 'senior' lodged a complaint on my behalf without asking me, did not tell me what was in it, and locked an account that should not have been locked leaving us unable to access funds until we visited a branch in person. I've had to lodge my own complaint to have the prior unrequested complaint removed and find out what was said on my behalf.
