should be zero star if allowed. So bad staff super unhelpful with conflicted information as to what we were told on the phone where we made an appointment particularly at this branch to resolve the problem that ended up not resolved. Probably is a whole anz-wide thing.
Amazingly they don't even have a teller for banking services
TLDR - ANZ does not offer International Transactions support in any branch across Australia. After checking the ANZ website where it states this branch offers the below services, I believed that they could help me with an international transaction. I travelled to this branch specifically to do this, only to be told I could only do this over the phone or via old fashioned internet banking (not via app), and it was no longer a service any branches offer.
