Horrible, wont do the smallest tasks without appointments
Anz is worst possible bank
Rude and unhelpful staff. Reluctant to interact with human clients. This branch provides no regular banking services (personal deposits and withdrawals). External teller machine rarely accepts deposits (which is a big problem given the staff avoid polite human contact and are reluctant to provide help). Nearest ANZ branches are in Moore St City or Woden. For senior citizens and disabled clients without a car, a big problem. Arrogant, rude, aggressive and unhelpful staff. Unwilling to interact with human clients. External teller machine rarely accepts deposits (which is important given the staff decline human contact). Truely regret opening an account with this bank. I hear this branch may soon close which is probably a blessing and no loss to the banks clients. A disgrace.
I want to leave zero stars! Worst bank in the country Closing down local branches now have to cross the border to nearest. Go to deposit cash through their so called “Smart ATM” to find it doesn’t even have a deposit option. Now to drive back across the border back home. If you’re not currently with the ANZ and thinking about opening an account do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
