I had a fantastic experience with Myra Mu in ANZ Malvern. She was extremely helpful and efficient when assisting me with my transaction. Don’t bank here. No staff. No service. No clue.
I’m very disappointed with this branch. I came on Sunday and couldn’t withdraw money because the lobby was closed. It’s really inconvenient that ANZ Malvern keeps the lobby shut on weekends. As a customer, I expect reliable access to my bank’s ATMs when I need them.
ANZ has already closed majority of its major locations. The one thing we don’t need is the only ANZ deposit room in the area closed after 5:30. People need equitable access to their bank, work, kids, ect. I don’t care how much vandalism there is. Hire a security guard. Pay for a cleaner. Anything. Please reopen to at least 10pm.
