I’ve had to visit this branch recently to resolve several issues. The branch manager Miranda has been most helpful in resolving my problems, she was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
This was my 3rd attempt to close a deceased account balance $3.30. I really just wanted to stop the mail coming in my parents name. A girl name Neha was so helpful and understanding. Took her time and explained everything she was doing. Just hope no more mail. Thanks Neha.
great service with a delightful staff member, Dean.
Closes Now at 10pm but theres a 24/7 ATM OUTSIDE ( however, IT'S VERY High Up on the Wall not suiable for Kids or people in wheel chairs.
Neha was very thorough and follow up was very satisfying
