Well, I can certainly see why many of the reviews here are so bad. I went in to discuss multiple problems with the service offered by ANZ in recent times. I was told that the manager would get in touch the next day so we could arrange an appointment. The reality was I was being fobbed off. Of course I received no such message. I won't bother with trying to help them any further. I'll just take my business elsewhere (Macquarie are offering some rather attractive products these days, so at least there are good alternatives). Access to ATMs shut on the weekend! Totally unacceptable since the ATM in Malvern Central was removed. Will have to move accounts to Westpac, next door. Hopeless.
