I went to this bank today - I've been here regularly since they changed to no tellers. I assume not having tellers means they provide all other banking requirements, but I was wrong. Today I wanted to change my home loan repayment day but was informed to do that I need to call as it can't be done at the bank. I don't call this service at all.
Worst branch of any bank I have been to in the world. No exaggeration. I was treated so poorly when I came into the branch. They couldn’t deposit a large amount of money because their counting machine didn’t work. It was 3:10 pm the day before Good Friday, when the bank was about to close for 5 days. The large amount of money was a security risk for me to have, as I am a single elderly woman living on my own. No apology from them for that though, but rather, I was subjected to 2 male staff who were so rude when I was visibly... read more
