I had a very disappointing experience at this branch due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The teller, Jasdeep, spent about 15 minutes chatting and laughing with a customer in a language not understood by others in the queue. When I raised a concern, she responded by saying the customer had four transactions to complete—which may be true, but the delay could have been minimized had she focused on the task rather than engaging in a prolonged conversation. I was an ANZ customer for well over 20 years. Moved to Malaga branch when Bassendean closed. Most of the staff there seem to have very little interest in customer service. Machines break down and don't get repaired. During Covid, there was a sign up saying that they wanted no more than 8 customers in the branch at any time. I took a (non identifying) photo of a line of 26 customers in line. Nobody organising the queue. Sent the photo to ANZ with a query about covid compliance. I'm still waiting to hear from them...
