Poor service all round. Extremely slow and unorganised service. Enough to want to change banks all together.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The teller, Jasdeep, spent about 15 minutes chatting and laughing with a customer in a language not understood by others in the queue. When I raised a concern, she responded by saying the customer had four transactions to complete—which may be true, but the delay could have been minimized had she focused on the task rather than engaging in a prolonged conversation.
