One of the few branches left south of the river. I attended the branch after it reopened inside Centro Maddington... an infuriating waste of my time for your cost cutting, staff lowering plans despite multi million dollar profit lines. The huge queue snaking out the door serviced by 1 teller and 1 other staff member had most of us who were waiting, angry and frustrated. Went to open a account for my daughter. Got told I needed to make a appointment. Walked around the corner to another bank straight in signed up money deposited in the bank with in 30 minutes. That's what customer service is. ANZ your the customer not us. You need to make us your priority.
1 teller open to serve 10 people in line, Waited 51 minutes on the phone to be hung up on Wish I could give them lower than 1 star
This branch has the worst customer service I have encountered. Staff are extremely rude and ignorant, and while the line up is out the door, there is 3 staff members walking around with only 1 teller active.. very disappointing.
