It's a branch that is still open but only ever has one teller, which can cause lengthy waits. I find the ANZ staff to be always helpful and friendly. There's two smart ATMs, one inside, one outside. (These are now inside so 24 hour access is gone) This is an update. The ANZ Maddingtom has relocated inside the shopping centre and created a modern, functional, working branch that I feel we who live nearby should be very grateful to have after the Armadale branch closed down. Waiting time online ridiculous 💰
Went to activate a credit card, it took 35mins to queue up, concierge told me 'see this guy' only to be told by him, I need to book an appointment and they are fully booked. I am welcome to wait incase someone is a no show. In less time, I drove to the Livingstone branch and walked out 10mins later, 25mins total with an activated credit card.
Bank has relocated to inside the shopping mall by the food court. When we arrived, there were atleast 20 people standing in the que and only 2 bank tellers. I am really happy that this is the last time we will be coming here, as today our visit was to close the bank account. Big up's to commonwealth bank in Armadale, so much better.
After I opened the bank account, added some money and wated to transfer it to myself to another of my account for rent payment. Blocked my transaction and locked my account.
