Shocking customer service! You are not a customer.. not to them. I basically had to hear how difficult it is to ID someone and that I should have booked an appointment to do so because they were closing in 10 minutes (although I waited in the queue for a while). I don’t know who I spoke to but the attitude level was 10 and he didn’t act much different to the other staff… ANZ- might want to look at standards at this branch

I had a very positive outcome today. I went in to activate my account and Rob served me. Great customer service and the issues were resolved on the spot in 15 minutes, ordered 2 new cards too. The branch is clean, and has more than enough staff, so I imagine the service would be quick. Overall very good experience.
Contrary to other reviews I had a very positive outcome. Had problem with deleted phone app. Was asked if I had an appointment to which I responded no. Was served by a very pleasant young girl who sorted it out for me. 10/10 .
I went into the branch to close a credit card account and the person that "assisted" me was worse than useless. He kept telling me to call up ANZ to close a credit card account. What's even the point of having a branch if customers are told to call up while there?
