Zero star if possible. So bad experience with mq ANZ branch Only two little things, I need bank statement for NSW service use, teller Joy told me to use phone app, download and print it by myself. Of course I know that, BUT I came to branch to ask for statement just because I can’t print it that time. I’ve been banking with ANZ for years, but my recent experiences at the Macquarie Centre branch have been deeply disappointing—specifically due to the repeated unprofessional conduct of one staff member, Mohammad Bhuyian. My wife regularly handles transactions for our business and has never had issues at this branch—until she was served by Mohammad.
