Have been waiting for nearly a month for them to sort out my mother’s account. Phone calls ignored - promises broken. Mackenzie is useless. Go somewhere else.

Booked an appointment a week ago went to the bank, waited 15 minutes over our appointment time to be told there is no one in to take are booking and hasn't been for a week, so why in the name of god could they not have picked up the phone to tell us, what an absolute shambles, now we need to wait for another week to get sorted
