Very rude no manners replace some of them
overall ANZ is becoming a nightmare for customer service and on line l got cut out twice and no call back from them...
The terrible customer service I received from Tanya who lies to me that her name was Hanya was appalling and disgusting. I can't believe ANZ will hire a trainee who lied to me as a customer. How can I trust my money with ANZ? No thanks I have closed my ANZ account for good. Tanya or Hanya knows nothing about customer service and bank ethics. She was lazy and have no clue about banking.
