The customer service is terrible. Today, when I went to deposit my long-term savings, I discovered that eight months ago, a bank employee had misspelled my name and address on a letter. Eight months ago, I didn't notice the mistake because the amount and expiration date were correct, so I didn't check. Then, a Vietnamese employee repeatedly questioned me like I was a criminal, asking where I got that letter from. Terrible. I went in there for personal loan. Although the rating for this branch is so low, due to my good experience at another anz branch, I thought it shouldn't that bad, but it really is bad. No proper communication on the application updates or process. Once application was approved, no proper communication to explain how everything works. Just took a sign and that's it.
