Excellent service very helpful 100% business
As usual , like large corporations with high flying over educated pencil Pushers that cut the bottom out and are top heavy . Piss poor customer service and branch's available. I don't like AI for the simple reason I don't trust it . Really pissed , when you just want to speak to someone .
People can be so rude nowadays but the young fella and the lady handled it well today! The staff do not deserve all the swear words from that man! I’m leaving a 5 star review as they didn’t bring the temper onto the next customer which is me, I’m a very happy customer !!
Buying our first home was a scary idea. We can't thank Joseph Kevin Martin enough! He was patient, understanding and super efficient and organised. He answered our every question and made us feel very valued and ready. Thanks so much Kevin!!
