Visited on 21/5/26. Very friendly guy greeting and directing customers. Cassie the branch manager was great at the Kings Meadows branch and is just the same in the L'ton branch. She is an asset to ANZ. I hadn't made an appointment as is expected nowadays, as I knew what I needed wouldn't take long. Cassie was able to squeeze me in between customers. She didn't have to but it was much appreciated thank you. They are the things that seperate staff just doing what they have to, and staff going above and beyond.
Had to chase them up about everything, repeatedly sending the same information,like school children that don't want to do their jobs...
Does what any other small bank branch does, but the customer service are far snootier than ordinary tellers in a regional town have any reason to be.
