Absolutely useless. “Cashless branch” is a sorry excuse to provide the least amount of accessibility and customer service possible. ATMs are never in order and constantly not working or spitting back money because notes are “imperfect”. Every morning there is a swarm of customers waiting to see a teller to do their cash dealings that the ATMs have failed to fulfil only to be turned around and told the branch can not help with any cash operations and they will just have to wait for the ATMs to be fixed.
Fancy going into a bank that you've been a client of for decades and find there is no teller or facilities for changing notes into coins. I thought I'd seen it all; I'll be changing my bank as I was told to drive about 15minutes away to another branch for the service I needed. This has been my branch for over 20 years. No wonder they are the worst performing bank shares
