What an absolute disgrace this bank is. No-one serving at the teller . 10 people standing around including a police officer and someone in his charge. 5 of the 10 people walked out after a woman told everyone to take a seat and they will get to you when they can. Just not good enough. If just one teller for 10 minutes would have cleared the backlog. So much for customer service in the country. Might have to change banks. It would be quicker to go to perth. This is just a customer service disgrace.
