Gets a YEAH. I am an everyday type of customer and I find using the SMART ATMs easy and efficient. Staff are delightfully friendly, courteous and indeed, professional. A new type of banking scenario, but I think it has merit. I think the dress standards of all staff form a great impression. Staff present themselves impeccably and it makes for a better experience. Too many standards of dress have been put aside in many other businesses but not here. No active wear to been seen!
What a disgrace there is no teller service anymore at this branch only atm service . Cutting jobs I presume.. DISCRACEFUL
Terrible customer service. The guy at the front desk has a careless attitude and does not help urgent customers. We are thinking of moving out of this bank. It’s terrible, especially the Highpoint brand.
