Disgraceful customer service. The asian male staff on Thur morning was shockingly rude, he shouldn't be in customer service role at all left alone front of house contact.. Seriously anz highpoint , there're so many other capable workers , please retrain your staffs ! Your team there at highpoint all act so high and mighty as if serving customers is beneath them . It's very obvious they don't want to be serving customers. Please replace these staff members
Gets a YEAH. I am an everyday type of customer and I find using the SMART ATMs easy and efficient. Staff are delightfully friendly, courteous and indeed, professional. A new type of banking scenario, but I think it has merit. I think the dress standards of all staff form a great impression. Staff present themselves impeccably and it makes for a better experience. Too many standards of dress have been put aside in many other businesses but not here. No active wear to been seen!
What a disgrace there is no teller service anymore at this branch only atm service . Cutting jobs I presume.. DISCRACEFUL
