Service is pathetic..one teller if your lucky..always slow.
Extremely low level of competence across the board, ill trained staff and poor management of simple processes. Maybe spend less on plants in the branch and reinvest into the skill level of staff. Even if you need to close the branch for awhile, train your team or continue to disappoint a community who has already lost faith in your service.

The current manager as at 1.2.22 would have to be the most incompetent person I have had to deal with.. 24 hours late on the security switch for my home , yes myself and my wife slept on the side of the road with our furniture dropped there aswell.. How can a supposed bank manager get it so wrong , even after 15 calls from my solicitor , other bank personel and even her private phone rang repeatedly. An absolute disgrace and I would warn anyone against using ANZ Bank and more so the incompetent individual...
