The Manager at the branch Richard is so lovely and helpful. Rest of the staff are good too. Nice atmosphere and good branch.
Service is pathetic..one teller if your lucky..always slow.
Extremely low level of competence across the board, ill trained staff and poor management of simple processes. Maybe spend less on plants in the branch and reinvest into the skill level of staff. Even if you need to close the branch for awhile, train your team or continue to disappoint a community who has already lost faith in your service.
Clean hygienic store. Happy, helpful and friendly staff
