booked an appointment to have power of attorney organised to get access to a mortgage account and was told that with a POA I could have access to all accounts but the mortgage account.... didn't sit right so I booked an appointment at another branch and to my surprise it was definitely possible and POA gives access to all accounts.
I went to use the ATM as I asked an employee how to do it last week. When I got there it was just rubble. Why didn’t the bank inform their customers of this?! ANZ is the only bank where you can’t use another bank’s ATM or the Post Office. It’s a no from me!
I can't get in phone contact with any staff at the branch. It's extremely urgent & I am very frustrated.....
Lovely store, lovely staff. Nothing negative to say about the business itself only down side to this branch is the lack of on street parking but there is a free parking lot within walking distance.
Visited many times, very friendly and professional ladies, always helpful, thank you
