Have apply for a homeloan and signed appropriate papers service was good until now, I am now chasing my tail trying to get things sorted and calling/emailing them to get everything done befor my settlement in 1 week. Was not told certain information regarding insurance and a password (that doesn't work) to access information I'm not sure if I need, instead I was advised by my lawyer what I needed....not happy with ANZ glenorchy atm!!
Went to the bank to get money out at Northgate Glenorchy at 2.10pm and told teller was closed, how the hell is a working person supposed to get money out in these stupid hours come on people you have my money keep this up and you won't, and now you haven't I went to NAB much better service
I asked for a 3 month statement as I had in the past for a loan. The cso explained that THE RULE is he could only print out up until the the 25 th July. I need all of July. I explained I don't have a computer or printer at home that is why I am asking for the 3 month statement he then suggested I go to the LIBRARY they may be able to help me??? Would like to say thanks to Jennie. My wife and I are retired and not so computer savvy. We had suspected fraud and she helped on 2 occasions to unblock and reset our account. She was very patient very kind and fixed all of our issues. Staff like her are few and far between. Big thank you Colin and Erica
