I rarely write reviews, but my wife and I were extremely happy with the help that was provided by ANZ Glendale's Senior Banking Consultant Hao Wang, in setting up a business account. Despite bringing in documents that were in a disorderly mess, Hao took great care and a fair bit of time making sure that they were in a logical order. It would have been a real headache, and my fault really, but nothing fazed him. All in all, we were extremely happy with how everything went.
Reduce service and reduced hours making it harder to have a cash society it is like they are pushing for a cashless society I don't even think you can withdraw money over the counter anymore
Went to deposit money. told don’t do cash transactions to use atm used atm and sat there for 20 minutes getting my cash returned by atm saying there’s errors with notes what’s headache. It’s a large shopping centre I don’t know why they don’t handle cash I’ve been banking with them for 20 years and business banking and looks like il be moving banks now last 2-3 years has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with banking.
Have had a card ready to pick up for a while but their opening hours don’t allow me to pick it up since I’m working Monday to Friday 8-5 like a normal working person… how is anyone meant to come in after work? Closed on weekend.
