Had to visit twice in last 6 weeks, both times my wife and I were helped by Nicole, she was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
I rarely write reviews, but my wife and I were extremely happy with the help that was provided by ANZ Glendale's Senior Banking Consultant Hao Wang, in setting up a business account. Despite bringing in documents that were in a disorderly mess, Hao took great care and a fair bit of time making sure that they were in a logical order. It would have been a real headache, and my fault really, but nothing fazed him. All in all, we were extremely happy with how everything went.
Reduce service and reduced hours making it harder to have a cash society it is like they are pushing for a cashless society I don't even think you can withdraw money over the counter anymore
