The whole system of apps , phone monologues, and online bs without humans SUCKS! Having to travel 20 minutes to Glendale to get human assistance when you are physically challenged is a disgrace on the banking system.
If there was zero stars I’d give that. How ridiculous! Could not get more than 2500 cash out. Would not allow me to withdraw my own cash from own account. What is the point of having a branch if you can’t access your money?? Apparently I’m supposed to read this info on the website before I come into the branch. Yeah that sound like something I want to spend my time doing… I’m so sick of banks!! Then they limit how much you can withdraw from the machine…. Crazy !
Cashless bank is as useful as a dry bar 😂 staff need to be encouraged to be more friendly ☺️
