After a pretty tough and frustrating time over the phone with a rude staff member from ANZ support, and locked all of our accounts for no reason. Wendy from the Geelong CBD branch was amazing with helping us get everything resolved and provided great customer service!
I couldn’t recommend Wendy Meade highly enough! She was incredibly helpful, genuinely kind, and made our experience with ANZ seamless and enjoyable.
Can get busy as all GEELONG AND district branches have been closed. Same old banking set up, primarily a business branch
