Set up like some sort of corporate executive club with a lady at the door to herd the minions around and force them to wait. Made a 97 year old lady go away and come back to get her customer registration number.

Don’t you long for the days when banks were actually glad for you to deposit YOUR money in THEIR bank? Despite my leaving voicemail messages, no-one ever returns my calls. I was going to only give one star, but gave two as the staff there are actually quite friendly and courteous, it’s their cost-shaving employer whom I’m unhappy with.
Slow ,non attentive, no update advice to save on fees, after 30 yrs of being a member! Disappointed..
