Don’t you long for the days when banks were actually glad for you to deposit YOUR money in THEIR bank? Despite my leaving voicemail messages, no-one ever returns my calls. I was going to only give one star, but gave two as the staff there are actually quite friendly and courteous, it’s their cost-shaving employer whom I’m unhappy with.
Slow ,non attentive, no update advice to save on fees, after 30 yrs of being a member! Disappointed..

My 9 year olds first experience of a modern bank. Stopped into setup an option for our 9 boy to either get his own account or to be attached to main account with a card he could use - no preference if it was either of our names. He literally had his pig bank life savings with him and we were all set to go. I have a considerable mortgage with this company too.
