The atm malfunctioned as I was depositing money, it didn't accept my deposit and wouldn't return it. They told it it would take up to 2 business days to respond to me. 5 days later I was messeging them through the app because I couldn't get through on the phone to anyone there. When someone did call me back all they said was it wasn't their fault and there's nothing else they could have done. We had the pleasure of going to this ANZ branch. The Concierge was a great help and spent time working out what we needed. Then Natasha was fantastic. She helped us with a few things that needed updating. This was the best experience we have had in years with dealing with banks. ANZ is very lucky to have such a great couple of employees at this branch.
Was told on the phone I could go into my local branch to confirm my ID for the stupid KYC thing. Went into this branch as it’s the closest to me (20min drive.) I go in on my break and the teller rudely tells me I need to book an appointment. I tried to explain to him I was sent in with no mention of needing an appointment. I recently visited the ANZ branch at Frankston Bayside Shopping Centre and had an excellent experience. Manager Rishu and Bank Consultant Teodora Dondur were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, efficient solutions. Their friendly and patient approach made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for great customer service and expert financial advice.
You mean to tell me you can't even go to a telker anymore to transfer your money out of of your long term deposit! Pathetic service,now I have to wait for an appointment in a line with people waiting for loans gor my own money....hopeless!!
