Absolutely pathetic can’t deposit money can’t withdraw money and CLOSED FOR LUNCH BREAKS
Bad service, slow, there are not enough workers to serve customers. I went to the bank and did not get the required service. Extremely stupid and there are not enough workers for customers.
The manager there is very rude not helpful at all shouldn't be involved with customers
I’m not one to write a bad review, but the customer service is shocking. I attended the branch without knowing it was a “specialist hub” until afterwards and just asked for some genuine assistance. The way myself and the person I was with were spoken to was like we were absolutely silly. The lady at the front desk was so rude, so short and just did not want a bar of it.
