Bad service, slow, there are not enough workers to serve customers. I went to the bank and did not get the required service. Extremely stupid and there are not enough workers for customers.
The manager there is very rude not helpful at all shouldn't be involved with customers
I’m not one to write a bad review, but the customer service is shocking. I attended the branch without knowing it was a “specialist hub” until afterwards and just asked for some genuine assistance. The way myself and the person I was with were spoken to was like we were absolutely silly. The lady at the front desk was so rude, so short and just did not want a bar of it. I'd give ZERO stars, if that was an option!! My 85 year old mother went into this bank today, she was served (if you can call it that) by Tim a Bank employee, what a useless human being. Not sure why ANZ is employing this type of person, he should absolutely not be used in any form of customer service at all. Shame on you ANZ!! He doesn't know the difference between just witnessing someone sign a document and an affadavit/Stat Dec which requires a specific designation (eg. a Bank Manager with 5yrs tenure) to sign a document.... read more
