Took my elderly Mum to do her banking today, we got there before 12 noon to find a sign on the door... We are taking a short break, back 1.15pm...wiah I had over an hour for lunch and obviously under staffed if they had to close. Disgusting they are one of the big 4....take take take... Give nothing.
They don't have cash which shocked me. Doesn't give a great feeling like the old style banks. Service was average. Staff didn't seem happy.
It's Christmas around the corner. How beautiful it is to rejoice with the children when Santa Croce comes. Include beautiful toys, gifts, and pictures.
