Excellent service. Michael Du sat with as for more then an hour to open an account. He explained us the options, set up web and app access, everything in a nice and patient manner.
Terrible customer service. It seems they are seriously understaffed. The person at the first point of contact seems overwhelmed and not very knowledgeable. Not even apologetic for their incompetence

Ive just moved to the area went there for the first time today absolutely the rudest people i have met not one person asked if I needed a hand when i did ask they looked at me as if i was dumb won't be going back
