If I could assign a rating of zero, I would. The customer service provided by the woman at the middle standing desk in this branch on December 20, 2024, was unacceptable. This is not my first encounter with her (an Asian-looking woman), and each interaction has demonstrated her poor customer service skills, characterized by rudeness and a lack of interest in assisting customers.
