Being grey Nomads I walked into your bank to get some help with fraud on my credit card and I was fortunate to be met by (Maggie ) at the counter . Well I was very stressed and she really went out of her way to help me with sorting it out and cancelling my card . The service she gave me was amazing … Thankyou Maggie and ANZ
Went to do an in branch teller function. Couldn't help overhearing/witnessing the offhand and brusque way that the female teller (dark hair, tattoos) dealt with a very elderly man. Got a bit of the same from her myself, until I gave her terse response (not my usual manner). ANZ may as well close branches and go to machines if this is the best they can do.
I have been advised a Human will need to deal with cancelling and appointment - they will get back to me. It seems we are all just transactions.
Exceptional service from Maggie this morning, she deserves a raise ANZ, do not lose her ever, went out of her way to help, 5 star
