Staff are very nice and very helpful!
Their ATM retained my one and only physical card for no reason when the ATM says it accepts my bank’s card. Customer service told me to just contact my bank and request for another one as if that wastes no one’s time. Expected better from ANZ.
I went into the branch to close a credit card account and Christine was very helpful and even tried to help me get a refund on the annual fee.
The NEGATIVE reviews are real and Legit and Should you want to get Rude Poor service thn this the Branch you should be The young lad with glasses and moustache today 95/98 at 2:20PM ought to be trained what customer service is rather being rude either english is not his forst language or he’s deaf hence if ANZ would to downsize this branch should go
Very disappointed with the service. I went in to renew my term deposit and was told I needed to make an appointment . The next one was an hour later. I’ve been with ANZ for over 10 years and have never needed an appointment for something so simple. I used to just wait no more than 5 minutes and it was done. Service has gone downhill. Not what I expect from a major bank.
