I feel so blessed to have met Berlin today! She solved all our banking issues super promptly, gave us such good and clear advice, and shared with us some other bank products for us to consider which was so helpful! She was so personable, kind, patient, friendly and really took the time to ensure we are happy with our banking and know exactly what to do and what we are getting. Can’t thank Berlin enough for making my first ANZ banking experience such a great one!

I was about to opened an account on nab, was waiting there for too long and no one came and offered help. I changed my mind and went to anz. Arrived there and they asked what I needed done and fit me in straight away. Opened an family trust account with Berlin which was super helpful. Recommend!!
