Wouldn’t even give one star.. The care factor in this Bank is zilch!!! It has gone right down hill !! I’ve been Banking with ANZ for many MANY years… might be time for a change! Would not recommend!
This Cranbourne branch has brilliant customer service ..all staff is very professional..the service is very fast and good here . I just refinanced my home loan .. loan specialist sir sujeev help me to refinance my home loan .. he is a brilliant man ..thank you assistant manager madam Taruna as well .. keep it up this good job .. thank you
