I can't believe how poor the service is here. At almost any time of the day, there is only one person serving customers at the entrance, surely ANZ can afford to hire another person to increase service throughput. Each of the two times I've been here, I've waited almost 45 minutes, and the second time I had prebooked!!
Poor customer service I booked an appointment and waited 15 mins to be able to sit. Immediately a staff (He’s got a scab in his right nostril) that’s supposed to assist us made a call on his phone and left and made us wait for another 10 mins and he still not coming back so we decided to left. I can’t wait there for a longer period of time as I have a baby with me. Booking an appointment is should be a reasonable way to avoid waiting times.
