Had horrible experience with the ANZ Cranbourne today. Wanted to transfer some money for home deposit, the front desk guy asked me to wait for 10 minutes, after 30 minutes passed I went and ask him what’s happening, he said I m gonna get someone to help you immediately, one of the staff came to serve me, he got all the details from me, and disappeared, the other staff member came to me, he put all my details in to computer, without telling me anything he went to other desk with other customers, waited there for ten minutes, ... read more
I went there yesterday just for appointment with lender or for home loan the person on front wasted my visit yea was friendly bt nt seems like he is untrained he didnt give me appointment for home loan even i m existing customer for home loan i m being charged 6.02 Case was just to discuss how other banks giving less or whatever bt the front guys wasted my visit he said he will give us call bt may b in one year Bloody crap Keep ur call n appointment to u i m changing bank now wastage of time

Been sitting here for over 1.5hrs then they told me I have to make an appoiment just to unblock a card unhelpful unreasonable not respect for others time or wait 5 minutes before I can be seen the person allocated to me then askes " Does she have an appoinment" didnt seem like he wantes to see me. DONT BANK WOTH THIS BANK THEY ARE HOPELESS
