The ATM wouldn't take my note for no good reason when trying to deposit it myself,told the teller when I was therefore unnecessarily forced to go into the bank & line up to get it credited into my account, I knew why this was the case & told them so & they were ignorant enough to have the audacity to argue that it was another matter but if as I've watched a real life program about it they'd know what I said was actually/factually 100% true!! Murwillumbah branch is closed, tweed branch is closed, only branch in the northern rivers open was Coolangatta, I needed a new card because their trashy cards stopped working & I can’t pull money out from them because I’m with anz plus. I was buying something & the card limit is $2500 so I was forced to open another bank account. One staff member for 10 people
