Beyond useless, i know not to come here but i was in the area waiting for an appointment so thought id try again, to get told i need ring up to be able to do what i wanted to do, beyond a lie as i have done it multiple time as other branches with no issues, they moved me to someone else since i said they were lieing and i knew it, and all they did was print out a bit of paper, i said how is this suppose to help me? Instead of trying to make it look like a jungle actually spend money on training the staff!!!!!!!
I had applied for an AMEX and was rejected because it was a 15k card, they had nothing with a lower limit and it was not something I could service. I've been banking with ANZ for a decade now, I went in and tried to talk with them about a card with a lower limit. I got stonewalled, no real discovery on me as a person, no interest, just a "you are riff raff stop wasting my time" attitude. Went in to transfer money to another bank at 2.57pm and was informed that the cut off time was 3pm, The obnoxious guy with glasses and a tablet straped to his hand spoke like he was king and informedus they wont do it. Since taking my business there I've had nothing but problems, they don't care about how much they stuff you around. I'm glad I've kept my old accounts open ar BankSA coz I'm going back as soon as I can. Went in without an appointment to setup my new account and got it open very quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I made an appointment to verify my ID, open an account, and order a card. I was taken through to start the process as soon as I arrived. The process went as smooth as you could ask for, and the agent was professional, polite, and friendly.
