Great service
Does not deserve one star. Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced staff. The managers attitude was condensing, lacking empathy and deflecting of any concerns. The layout of the bank breaches confidentiality, with young staff asking you to share personal information in the foyer where others are sitting. This branch has no ethical standards or duty of care to their customers.
Disgusting I was scammed and they did not get my money back just put me on the phone to overseas caller who was rude changing banks sick of ANZ behaviour
Went to ANZ today. The staff were very helpful and efficient. My problem was sorted out in minutes
This is a terrible bank i found to be rude not polite at all and telling me it will cost me money to transfer my money to another banks and i cant do transfer because its after 3 after telling me if my money is in there they can do it this is after i said i have not been charged before attitude changed and became blunt and rude
