Went to ANZ today. The staff were very helpful and efficient. My problem was sorted out in minutes

This is a terrible bank i found to be rude not polite at all and telling me it will cost me money to transfer my money to another banks and i cant do transfer because its after 3 after telling me if my money is in there they can do it this is after i said i have not been charged before attitude changed and became blunt and rude

Beyond useless, i know not to come here but i was in the area waiting for an appointment so thought id try again, to get told i need ring up to be able to do what i wanted to do, beyond a lie as i have done it multiple time as other branches with no issues, they moved me to someone else since i said they were lieing and i knew it, and all they did was print out a bit of paper, i said how is this suppose to help me? Instead of trying to make it look like a jungle actually spend money on training the staff!!!!!!!

I had applied for an AMEX and was rejected because it was a 15k card, they had nothing with a lower limit and it was not something I could service. I've been banking with ANZ for a decade now, I went in and tried to talk with them about a card with a lower limit. I got stonewalled, no real discovery on me as a person, no interest, just a "you are riff raff stop wasting my time" attitude.
