Excellent service
The staff named Gangani is useless. I have asked assistance with specific dated bank statements but she said whatever is in the app, that's it. Did not even asked other staff if it is possible to generate one. Turned out, what I needed is possible to generate.
They offer comfy seating and clean floors, but aside from that, not recommended. Staff are very unfriendly, have long drawn out processes and don't offer logical solutions.
I am trying to save the rating for this branch-I knew some staff on the floor had this terrible attitude reading you their policy. The more they stress about their policy the more frustrated you may feel as customers. They need to stop doing this to their customers! My wife and I had the same issue to begin with today. But Brett the Manger from the Branch had a good personal touch, open for criticism and flexible in his approach. I wish the floor staff learn something from him!
