The branch officer was very helpful in getting my Debit card activated as I do not have a local phone number. Polite & efficient!
Robert Abdel Messih is an excellent staff at the branch. I went to the branch to open a SMSF cash account. He sorted out some issues. When I opened accounts at The St Georges Terrace branch many years ago the staff at St Georges branch did not enter the details correctly in the system. She also did not photocopy some documents. It caused so much hassle for customer now. I think ANZ should train their staff well at St Georges Terrace branch in the city so that it will not cause so much hassle for the customers further down th... read more
