Both the branch manager and the small team are flat out, and even under the enormous pressure, they can still raise a smile and greet you in a professional manner to assist with your banking queries.
beyond useless. Customer care is non existent. Should close it and leave the atms there cause all the staff do is refer people to the ATM, they cannot answer a question and their existence is pointless.
Great customer service
We have rung and sent numerous emails to Cleveland branch with no responses. Customer Service & Care Factor = ZERO Hopefully the Complaints Department will actually do their job for them!!
