Had a pre-booked appointment and arrived on time. 1 staff member serving and 1 in training. Waited 40mins just to verify identification to complete opening an account (most of process conducted online). Only after asking twice when we will be finished as had another appointment to get to at 4pm were we told it had been completed and were free to go.
