I’d say this branch has the friendliest greeter I’ve met in any bank ever. She’s like a ray of sunshine in an otherwise grey corporate hellscape. My first interaction with her was after an old person was extremely rude to her. She literally bounced from a negative situation into the friendliest person ever. I was pretty impressed. The second time she remembered me, I was again impressed even though I’ve a memorable name.
