Had a pre-booked appointment and arrived on time. 1 staff member serving and 1 in training. Waited 40mins just to verify identification to complete opening an account (most of process conducted online). Only after asking twice when we will be finished as had another appointment to get to at 4pm were we told it had been completed and were free to go. Recently had some financial advice/help at the ANZ at Cleveland and was so impressed by the staff there. In particular, Michelle was amazing but all the staff there were so friendly ,professional and so ready to help. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. Laura
Both the branch manager and the small team are flat out, and even under the enormous pressure, they can still raise a smile and greet you in a professional manner to assist with your banking queries.
beyond useless. Customer care is non existent. Should close it and leave the atms there cause all the staff do is refer people to the ATM, they cannot answer a question and their existence is pointless.
