ANZ Claremont were extremely helpful, assisting me with some complex issues that needed to be addressed. Their staff were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was resolved thoroughly.
I have just visited this branch. It has been 3-4 years since I visited a branch, not this one. There was a lady and a guy looking after people and I found that both were very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with everything I asked. I listened to them dealing with other customers and they were also treated in the same way. I recommend them to any one who is an ANZ customer. Even if you are not close by it is worth the extra time to have superior service. Peter
