Nisha and her staff are all amazing ! Always so patient and proffessional with clients
Very disappointing. The internet says the opening hours today are between 9 am and 4 pm. Yet when we arrived soon after noon it was closed for lunch with a notice on the door apologising for the inconvenience! Since when in Australia do businesses close for lunch. Wow. Disappointing.
Poor customer service in dealing with a simple situations . Need more works and staff development - smile, art of listening and open questions .
