I walked into the bank without an appointment and after reading the reviews, I didn't have high hopes. They fit me in immediately, even though they were booked out. Phil was extremely helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend Cathy Yang from this Branch. I have never fealt more supported by a bank staff member. Thank you Cathy for all your amazing work! If you have a banking question or need to know anything and want the best service, go into the ANZ Chinatown and ask for her! She is the best of the best!
Terrible service, better visit other branches
I deposited $5000 cash in ATM and i only had $2650 in my account. And anz closed my case without solving.
