Waited in line only to be told no tellers or cash here. Maybe put a sign out front that says "this is not a bank" and save everyones time?
Such an amazing service provided by Danial this morning. We are extremely happy that we went to this branch, and the staff is awesome and helping out all sort of queries quick and efficient manner. I have had issues with other branches but this is the place I would go everytime 👍
One young Indian female employee was really unskilled. At first, she reversed my first name and last name, which caused repeated issues with the verification process, and we had to provide various pieces of information. Eventually, another employee discovered her mistake and helped resolve it. Later, when opening our mobile banking accounts, she mixed up my and my wife’s information, which led to my phone account and password being linked to my wife’s details. I went to open my first account with ANZ in Edwardstown location and the service I had from 2 employees was so helpful, 1 happened to be standing in line for client and offered service for other customers, booked me with a consultant with a time , and the consultant was the best service I’ve ever had, so helpful, understanding, question answered, her name was Libby so thank you Libby and and the other person that helped thank you again
