Young girl by the name of Sonia extremely rude and condescending. Big attitude acts like shes still in high school, such a contrast to the staff at surrounding banks. Everything was a bother! Because she was so rude I asked to speak to someone else she refused and started sarcastically giggling telling me "Im what you get so no".. I left with my issue unresolved! Discusting service! Used online service where the staff are always super pleasant and helpful problem solved within 10mins!
Went to change my coins into notes at the teller, was flatly and rudely to to go to the machine and deposit in your account. When questioned about when this policy was changed no answer. Then came Reguna, angry looking lady as she just got out of the wrong side of the bed, we don't change coins to notes. Mind you they gave small bags with denomination printed the value of coins you can put in, that is exactly I what I did. Worst bank ever , bad ATM if I want to deposit it reject the notes 3-4 time till let me know deposit the amount, and it's out of order most of the time, the staff if not trained properly.
