Huge thank you to Michael (?) for such fabulous customer service!! I went to make a deposit but because of the amount I had to go to a different branch. Only problem is that the deposit needed to be made that same day, and the branch I needed to go to was about to close. Michael called them and arranged for them to wait for me because of the urgency of the deposit. AMAZING!!! Hours posted say they're open till 4pm, but don't go at 12.30 because they close for lunch, when you have your lunch and can get there during the week. What absolute garbage
Great customer service from Yuvi . Helped me with efficiency, a friendly smile and positive attitude. Its a shame we have less and less opportunities for face to face encounters with staff, as IMO its the best way to build relationships with customers when you have a good experience.
Went to this bank today as I parked close by and had a torn $10 note missing the corner I wanted to exchange. Banks are the right place for this? I thought so! The woman asked me if I was an ANZ customer, I told her no but have had accounts, cards and loans with them over the years. The woman then asks who I bank with and I told her NAB. So understaffed. Asked to pick up a new credit card when it could have been posted . Waited ages to be served for something so simple.
