A lot more helpful than what other reviews have said in previous years. The customer service is good and approaches once you enter the business and then gives further assistance where possible. ATMs open 24hrs which makes life a lot easier for those looking to just quickly take out cash. There is also a coin deposit machine for any coin collectors out there trying to get rid of spare change.
Disgraceful service. Always Redirect redirect redirect to the App. Also, a reminder…coins are Legal Tender of Australia. Stop mucking us around….Close the branch now or do your paid job and service your customers. After all, we pay your wages.
I'm the first person who wouldn't trust a bank, but Bec. C and the team were extremely helpful and made the process of getting a personal loan very easy and painless. We had a great conversation and I felt welcomed, which blew away my expectations. Thank you again Bec and the Canelands team, I hope upper management sees these messages and passes it on.
1/2hr still standing in line waiting on 1teller. Staff are amazing and can only work with what they have but this is really crap from ANZ ! I need to come in for a service you don’t provide online and some of us have to do these things in our lunch break due to your hours . Will avoid ANZ services of any kind after this !!
