I had gone to the bank to open a bank account and was glad to get help from Daisy. She is an amazing member of the team who does not hesitate to give you all the information that you require with a big smile and in the most clear manner possible. My experience in the bank was very pleasant indeed.
ATM Reboots whilst my card is processing a transaction. As not a ANZ Customer and using a non ANZ Card in their ATMS the default customer service response after 57 minutes on hold is that I must get a New Card from your Bank as they don't return non ANZ Cards.
Very poor service handling my deceased mother’s estate. Zero communication, Daisy does not respond to emails or calls.
It was super easy for me as an international student to open a bank account here with the support of Ms. Daisy Mobbs. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
